Terms and Conditions

  1. All cancellations must be made in writing.
  2. Registration fee of $495 is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  3. Cancellation protection and/or medical insurance must be purchased or declined at the time of registration and is non-refundable.
  4. Medical travel insurance is only available to Canadian residents who have valid provincial health coverage.
  5. Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered. Other exclusions apply. Please refer to policy details.
  6. Enrolments received within 30 days prior to departure are subject to availability and to a surcharge.
  7. Tuition fees may be refundable in case of cancellation based on the following timelines:
    GREATER THAN 180 DAYS (6 MONTHS) PRIOR TO THE FIRST TERM ATTENDED:
    Tuition fees are 100% refundable (excluding the above items)
    GREATER THAN 120 DAYS (4 MONTHS) PRIOR TO THE FIRST TERM ATTENDED:
    Tuition fees are 50% refundable (excluding the above items)
    120 DAYS (4 MONTHS) TO 90 DAYS (3 MONTHS) PRIOR TO THE FIRST TERM ATTENDED:
    Tuition fees are 25% refundable (excluding the above items)
    WITHIN 90 DAYS (3 MONTHS) PRIOR TO THE FIRST TERM ATTENDED:
    Tuition fees are 100% non-refundable (excluding the above items)
  8. An NSF fee of $50 will be applied to all cheques processed with insufficient funds.
  9. Late payments will be assessed a $50 surcharge for failure to pay by the date(s) specified on all invoices.
  10. Items not included in tuition fees: departure taxes, cancellation protection, medical insurance, registration fee, local transport, lunches, textbooks and school supplies, materials fee, optional excursions, mandatory activities fee, and special events.
